Gut issues are becoming more and more common, having an impact not only on our digestion, but on our energy, mood and motivation. In this workshop, we will discuss the impact of transforming stress, recognizing and regulating our emotions, and self-defeating belief systems on these conditions. And we will review mindfulness, meditation and yoga approaches that can be part of a comprehensive approach to healing our gut.
